CardMaster delivers to mainland France and European Union countries. Eligible zones may change over time.

Lead times

Orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days. Transit times vary by carrier and destination.

Shipping costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination and selected shipping method.

Tracking

A tracking number is sent by email as soon as the parcel is shipped.

Packaging

All products are carefully packaged to ensure integrity during transit. High-value cards are individually protected.

Damaged or lost parcels

If there is an issue upon receipt, contact us within 48 hours via the Contact page with photos of the parcel and products.
